Qualcomm, the maker of Snapdragon processors for Android smartphones, has launched its new smartphone.
In collaboration with electronics company Asus, Qualcomm on Thursday unveiled the new phone ‘Smartphone for Snapdragon Insider’. According to Gadget 360, this smartphone is brought by Qualcomm especially for the members of its ‘Snapdragon Insider’ group.
Qualcomm created the ‘Snapdragon Insider’ group last March for those who like Snapdragon processors. The members of this group get information about every device with a Snapdragon processor before the public date. Targeting these members, the company has unveiled the ‘Smartphone for Snapdragon Insider’.
The smartphone for Snapdragon Insider has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SOC processor. Featuring a 6.78-inch Full HD Plus AMOLED display, the smartphone has Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. This prevents the phone from exploding.
This phone has three cameras on the back. It has a 64-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens and an 8-megapixel telephoto shooter. It has a 24 megapixel selfie camera on the back.
The smartphone for Snapdragon Insider has 512 GB of internal storage and 6 GB of RAM. It also has a battery power of four thousand mAh.
The company has set the price of this smartphone at around 1,500 US dollars.
The ‘Smartphone for Snapdragon Insider’, which will go on sale in August, will be available in China, Germany, Japan, Korea, US, UK and India.
